Group Class Details ~ 

 

ALL BEACH YOGA CLASSES are held at the lighthouse ramp beach access on Corolla Village Road: 1100 Corolla Village Road for GPS directions.        

     * We will meet 15 minutes prior to the start of each class on the beach.  

     * Must bring your own mat or large beach towel/blanket, water, and sunscreen. 

     * $20 cash or Venmo

     * All classes are weather dependent, check Facebook/Instagram @corollayoga for cancellations

Private Sessions ~

 

Private one-on-one or group classes are offered with your choice of location: the beach or your home (including 4x4 beaches). These classes are tailored to meet the needs of your group. Perfect for family/friend gatherings, weddings, bachelorette parties. Contact Chelsea for scheduling.

     * $140 for a group of up to 4 people for an hour class, $20 for each additional person. Mat rentals $3 each.

     * Travel fee of $50 will be applied for classes south of Pine Island and for the 4x4 beach.

Class Descriptions ~

 

Vinyasa Yoga: A style of yoga characterized by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures with many options for modifying or advancing your practice.

Power Vinyasa: This class will flow at a faster pace and have core work, arm balances, and inversions weaved throughout. Prior yoga experience is required. 

Yin Yoga: This practice consists of deep stretches for the connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
