Group Class Details ~ 

 

All classes, with the exception of those that denote Corolla Light Resort,  are held at the Lighthouse Ramp beach access on Corolla Village Road: 1100 Corolla Village Road for GPS directions.  We will meet 15 minutes prior to the start of each class on the beach.  

 

With concern for Covid-19, we are making some changes to keep everyone safe:

 

     * Must bring a mat or large beach towel, water, and sunscreen. 

     * Props will not be available so please bring anything you would normally use to practice.

     * $15 cash or Venmo

     * Social distancing will be in effect with mats 6 feet apart or more.

Corolla Light Location/Parking: 

     ** Corolla Light Beach Yoga: parking available in front of the Oceanfront Grille at 1197 Franklyn Street    

         (ignore signs that say permit only).

     ** Corolla Light Sports Complex: 1026 Ocean Trail

Private Sessions ~

 

Private one-on-one or group classes are offered with your choice of location: the beach or your home (including 4x4 beaches). Contact Chelsea for scheduling.

     * $125 for a group of up to 4 people for an hour class, $15 for each additional person

     * Travel fee will be applied for classes on 4x4 beach

Class Descriptions ~

 

Vinyasa Yoga: A style of yoga characterized by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures with many options for modifying or advancing your practice.

Yin Yoga: This practice consists of deep stretches for the connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
